Hi, I’m Kerry.
Life can be challenging, and there may be times when you feel overwhelmed, uncertain, or unsure of how to cope with what is happening around you. When living with a long-term health condition, supporting someone you care about, or facing difficult circumstances of your own, it can be easy to lose sight of your own needs and what helps you feel strong and capable.
As a Resilience Coach, I offer a supportive and encouraging space where you can focus on yourself, explore the challenges you are facing, and develop practical ways to manage life's ups and downs. This may be connected to Huntington’s disease (HD), motor neurone disease (MND), Parkinson’s, or dementia, but it can also be about other areas of your life, such as relationships, confidence, change, work, or personal wellbeing.
Resilience does not mean having to be strong all the time or managing everything on your own. It is about developing the tools, confidence, and self-awareness to navigate challenges and find ways to move forward, even when life feels difficult.
I recognise that long-term health conditions can affect the whole family. I am here to support individuals, partners, family members, and carers who may need space to focus on their own wellbeing, build confidence, and find ways to manage the demands of everyday life.
My approach is centred around you and what you want to achieve. Together, we can explore what is important to you, recognise your existing strengths, and identify practical steps that can help you feel more confident, empowered, and able to cope with whatever life brings.
You don't have to have everything figured out before reaching out. Sometimes, taking the first step is where positive change begins.
I am here to support you as you move forward, at your own pace and in a way that feels right for you.
